I ordered the chicken lauriat with an additional soup. Since it was pouring outside, I needed a place to stay while waiting for the rain to stop. To my surprise, their wonton soup was available, but it turned out to be quite bland. The fried chicken I received was a good portion, but it was dry on the inside, despite being crispy on the outside. I wasn’t able to finish the fried chicken as it did not taste good. The rest of the food was okay, but nothing special. As for the service, the staff was accommodating and served the food quickly. They were polite for allowing me to stay there for an hour, even after I finished my meal. Regarding the ambiance, the place looked nice and had a typical fast-food design. It was spacious and quiet.

This Chowking establishment was a delightful surprise. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. While it’s understandable that their job requires a certain level of politeness, their genuine kindness was truly appreciated. During my visit with my family, we discovered secret surprise boxes filled with four adorable bag pendants. My sister got two of these boxes, but unfortunately, she didn’t get the one she truly wanted. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, exchanging the boxes with us and even helping us weigh them. Moving on to the food, it was simply delicious. The portions were generous, and the sauce was generously provided. Just be sure to ask for more if you want. Now, let’s talk about cleanliness. While the place was generally clean, there were a few flies. This could be concerning, especially considering the potential contamination from outside sources before the food touched it. However, the staff did their best to keep the area clean and tidy. Overall, Chowking is a great place to grab a bite. The friendly staff, delicious food, and reasonable prices make it a worthwhile choice for a quick meal. Just be prepared for a few flies and don’t hesitate to ask for more sauce! Would rate five stars, but it was just the flies…

Almost 3 times got or lacking orders thru drive thru experience when I arrived home. Chicken lauriat side dishes were incomplete, no sauce for shomai, no wanton soup included. The customers must check very carefully their orders actual before they leave. Don't rely their staff. Worst is what if your place is very far, the customer will not be able to go back for the lacking orders but paid already.

parking is a breeze but service was disappointing. there was a long queue of young students. and there was only one cashier. I asked if there was a priority lane for pwd a senior ctzns. ( we were 2 pwd and 2 senior. and the cashier told me to just fall in line. I tried using the "kiosk" but I made an error. there was a call for assistance button which I pressed but no one came until it was our turn at the counter. I asked if may speak with the manager and the cashier said yes though the manager was still in the office. we would just like to give a feedback to improve services..this is not a complaint but our desire is to improve your services so we can keep coming back.. we finished our meal and we weren't able to speak with the manager....

Excellent service! The staff were prompt and efficient, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The ambiance was clean, well-designed, and welcoming. Highly recommended.
